What we collect
When you sign up we collect your email address and the postal code you enter. We also keep a record of your consent (timestamp and IP address) to comply with anti-spam law. We do not sell your personal information.
How we use it
We use your email to send the grocery deals and product alerts you signed up for, and occasional service updates. Your postal code is used only to localize deals to your region.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to understand aggregate usage. We do not build advertising profiles or track you across other sites.
Your choices
Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@flyerhawk.com. We delete account data within 30 days of a deletion request.
Compliance
FlyerHawk complies with Canada's PIPEDA and CASL, and with CAN-SPAM and CCPA for US users. Canadian users provide express consent via active sign-up; US users may exercise CCPA rights to know and delete.
